Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for all charges and possible surcharges, customs fees and taxes, including costs related to prepayment by us, government sanctions and fines, fees and fees of our attorneys, and any legal expenses in connection with this shipment.

Unassumed Responsibilities

We will not be responsible for any acts or omissions on your part, including, but not limited to, incorrect declaration of the buyer's data, non-release of the goods at the final destination, non-payment of customs duties and taxes (whatever they are), inadequate packaging or insufficient, insufficient protection, incorrect marking or incorrect addressing of the shipment, or by the acts or omissions of the recipient or any other person with an interest in the shipment. Likewise, we will not be responsible if you or the recipient violate any of the provisions of our agreement. We will not be responsible for losses, damages, delays, deficiencies, non-deliveries, erroneous deliveries, erroneous information, or lack of information regarding remittance of money, currency or any other prohibited item.

No Guarantees

We do not make any warranties, express or implied.

Claims for Loss, Damage or Delays

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING AND WITHIN STRICT PERIODS.

Within twenty-one (10) days after notifying Robson Peluquero USA of the claim, this must be documented and sent to us with all relevant information regarding the matter. We are not obligated to take any action on any claim until all transportation payments have been made; the amount relating to the claim cannot be deducted from the amounts owed to us.

If the recipient receives the consignment without commenting on any damage or damage, the consignment will be considered received, for all legal purposes, in good condition. In order for us to ascertain the merits of a claim for damage, the original contents, packaging, and wrapping of the shipment must be made available to us for inspection.

Right to Inspect

Your shipment may, at our option or at the request of government authorities, be opened and inspected by us or such authorities at any time.

Responsibility for Payment

Even if you give us different payment instructions, you will always be primarily responsible for all charges, including payment for shipping and freight costs, possible additional charges, customs charges, including all applicable taxes and fees, including payment related costs prepayment of such customs expenses incurred by us, government sanctions and fines, tax fines or penalties, and our attorneys' fees and any legal expenses related to this shipment. You will also be responsible for any expenses we may incur if we have to return your shipment or for storing your shipment while it is unavailable.
