We do not exchange products. In case of message failure due to product handling during delivery (for example: burst, broken, leaking...) we will refund the value or resend the product if available in stock. We will only make a refund and / or resend the product in case of defect and upon presentation of proof that the product arrived in hands already implanted the defect. For example, photos and videos that must be provided within 5 working days after receiving the products for evaluation of what happened by the quality control.
